All About Me
Hi Everybody!
I am Derya. I am a senior student in Boğaziçi University. My major is Teaching Mathematics. Besides mathematics, I am also interested in foreign languages, especially asian languages. Chinese and Japanese are two of them that I learned during my university years. Of course, learning a new language is not just about words and sentences. The same goes for me. While learning Chinese, I also learned about Chinese culture, people, cuisine etc. Through this entertaining process, I also found Bu中 society (which is Chinese society) with my three lovely friends. In addition to that, I hope I can study master degree in Shanghai.
I really love animals. I have 9 pets; 3 cats, 3 dogs, a budgerigar and two tortoise for now. They are so lovely and all good friends. My oldest animal is my dog Bambam. He is very smart and friendly. He raise the others! He took the father role. However he can't protect himself. He thinks that all animals are as friendly as he is, but they are not. Most of the time, stray dogs bully him. That's why we adopt another dog, Medusa, to protect Bambam. She is very good at her job!
I briefly explain myself. Now let me explain my purpose of starting this blog. This semester, I am taking a lesson called SCED470 and this course requires me to create a blog account and here I am. I will introduce you some math programes. I hope we all enjoy this process!
